Everything you share in your therapy sessions, in your records, and even the fact that you are in therapy with me is kept confidential. I have a legal and ethical obligation to protect your confidentiality, and this is part of what helps therapy be a safe space for you to feel you can open up and address whatever you’re experiencing.
